Delivery this morning of bronze bearings and bushings for gears and the Faulhaber motor gearhead shaft...
The bronze bearings are designed for the future gas loco, but can be purchased separately.
Shaft adapter / reducer bushes, 2.0mm ID x 3/32″ OD x 4.80mm L, in stainless steel are designed to allow US helical gears (PSC) to be fitted to axles for the O&K MD2 repowering transkit. They can be purchased separately while stocks last.
Shaft extension bushes, 2.0mm ID x 3/32″ OD x 12mm L, in stainless steel are provided to enable US helical gears (PSC) to be mounted on the shaft of the Faulhaber 1512 motor gearhead. They can be purchased separately while stocks last.
I'm expecting delivery of the Faulhaber 1512012s 112:1 motor gearhead at the end of the month if all goes well.
The polyamide screws should arrive in the next few days, so the repowering transkit for the MD2 O&K will be complete and available by the end of the month.
