These pulleys will enable you to create the primary and secondary transmission for your models. This pulley/belt system does not require precision to the hundredth or tenth of a millimetre. So when you need to create a secondary or primary transmission, it's much easier than a cascade of gears!
For example, using our 3mm foot pulleys you can achieve the following centre distances for your mechanical chassis:
- 24.5mm centre distance = 17mm ID belt (ID: inside diameter)
- 26mm centre distance = 18mm ID belt
- 28.7mm centre distance = 19mm ID belt
- 31mm centre distance = 21mm ID belt
- 35mm centre distance = 23mm ID belt
